Once you have reached a decision on the type of equipment you require, initial training is provided free of charge.
This has the benefit of improved customer understanding and reduces the number of service calls required.
National Service Coverage
All equipment is supplied, installed and serviced under the direct control of P8 Systems Ltd. All incoming calls are logged to ensure that we can keep a check on response times, and maintain high standards. Few service support companies in similar industries can match our average response time. Our technicians are not only well trained, but are equipped to solve problems during their first visit to secure minimum inconvenience. Our technicians work only on machines for which they have been trained, this gives a greater first fix ratio.
